Document Description
Request to subdivide an existing 80.02± acre parcel into two parcels of 40.01± and 40.01± acres in size in the General Agriculture (A-2-40) zoning district. The parcels propose to utilize an existing 30-foot-wide access easement to access Tim Bell Road, a County-maintained road, which runs along the western boundary of both proposed parcels. Proposed Parcel A is currently improved with a mobile home and Proposed Parcel B is currently improved with detached agricultural storage buildings. If approved, the parcel will remain in agricultural production and will remain enrolled in the Williamson Act. The current parcel is served by a private well and septic system. Irrigation water is supplied by a private well on the property.
