Request for Design Review with Hearing to allow for the demolition of 5 existing structures and construction of 3 new buildings; 5, 100, 7,500, and 27,500 square feet in size (2-story, 13,750 per floor); and the renovation of one existing building, 9,600 square feel in size, with a total building footprint of 39,950 square feet and a total floor area of 49,700 square feet; with a maximum 35 foot building height, in compliance with development standards of the M3 Zoning District on a 2.70-acre parcel zoned Diverse Agricultu re (DA). The proposed uses for the si te are those allowed by Use Permit PLP12-0005 approval and per Parcel Specific Policy Lu-14m which allows for those uses listed as Mpem,i tted usesft not requirin g a Use Permit under the Limited Rural Industrial District (M3), to be operated by a maximum of 30 employees; permitted hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with the majority of employees arriving and departing between 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. A Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) was adopted for the project under PLP12-0005; BOS Resolution #13-0480 and an Addendum to this MND is on file with Permit Sonoma under DRH19-0015.
