Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-FRE-13667-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Steve Wood.
The Project includes activities related to the filling an existing and previously-modified 720-foot-long portion of ephemeral stream for the development of two residential lots on the property. To maintain stream flow through the site, a new channel will be constructed around the lots. The connection points into the relocated channel occur at the northwest property corner (downstream), and at the southern property boundary near the southeastern corner (upstream).
