Project consists of restoring approximately half an acre of San Francisco Bay Shoreline at a Community Garden within Bayview Hunters Point. Includes planting of approximately 50 trees and 6,000 shrubs and extends a Community Garden and Native Plant Nursery that provides involvement with the local community and youth.

Project consists of construction and location of limited amounts of new, small structures and the minor public alternations in the condition of land which do not remove healthy, mature scenic trees. The project does not exceed 5 acres in size. This assures maintenance, restoration, enhancement and protection of habitat for plants and wildlife in the park. These are in the Department of Parks and Recreations list of exempt activities.
