Project consists of construction and location of limited amounts of new, small structures and the minor public alternations in the condition of land which do not remove healthy, mature scenic trees. The project does not exceed 5 acres in size. This assures maintenance, restoration, enhancement and protection of habitat for plants and wildlife in the park. These are in the Department of Parks and Recreations list of exempt activities.
