Document Description
Scope of work: implementing traffic control improvements, safety pullouts, ramp metering, flashing beacons, radar speed feedback signs, advance warning signs, place PCMS, signing, and lighting. In addition, HMA paving, cold plane asphalt pavement, striping, incidental work, and work as directed by current and upcoming CalOES mission tasks were included. This project was needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure to the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, and essential public services.
