The March Joint Powers Authority (MJPA) and the County of Riverside Facilities Management Department (County), wish to enter into a Lease Agreement (Agreement), for the purpose of providing approximately .60 acres of land area, near the entrance of the Ben Clark Training Center, and usage of an existing water tower for signage purposes. The Agreement outlines and describes the lease terms and conditions between the MJPA and County.
