Document Description
CEQA-CE: On State Route 90 (SR-90), at Post Mile 7.086, near Gateway Center Drive, in the City of Brea, Encroachment Permit Applicant, Charter/Spectrum will perform the following work activities: Tie into existing pole, trench 8 feet and place a new vault; Bore on sidewalk and continue to bore across SR-90 for 160 feet and place another new vault; Trench on sidewalk and stub out at ROW 2. Estimated Disturbed Soil Area (DSA) is less than one acre. Work will occur between January and December 2021. Applicable Traffic control for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles anticipated. All work occurs in State’s R/W.
