- The scope is as follows: grind and pave AC pavement, replace Metal Beam Guardrail (MBGR) and end treatments at the bridge, repair bridge deck by removal and replacement of the existing polyester concrete overlay, repair bridge rail, remove and replace shoulder fill contaminated by released petroleum, and traffic control. This project is needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure to the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss of impairment of life, health, property and essential public services.
