Reasons for Exemption
This project contains a number of standardized avoidance and minimization measures which are employed on most, if not all, Caltrans projects and were not developed in response to any specific environmental impact resulting from the proposed project.Right-of-way (R/W) record indicates that the existing CSP DD is outside the State R/W; however, the State maintains the CSP DD through a drainage and slope easement. a Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) from adjacent private property will be required at this location. The TCE will help the construction crew to mobilize their equipment efficiently and go onto and out the slope area more conveniently at the project location.
