Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0007-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Fontana Union Water Company. The project involves ongoing removal of accumulated sediment from the settling pond and reconstruction of the earthen berm and soft plug. Project activities are anticipated to impact a maximum of 6.65 acres of resources subject to Fish and Game Code 1602
