- The primary objective of this project is to provide a reliable potable local water resource for the City as well as improving the water quality produced by an existing well located at the project site so it can be used again for irrigation. The proposed project consists of equipping the existing well located at the Los Robles Golf Course and constructing a new groundwater treatment facility. Treated water produced from the treatment plant would be utilized within the City's potable water distribution system and to meet the irrigation demands at the Golf Course itself.
