Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project involves constructing a modular classroom building with three kindergarten classrooms, three related restrooms and a kindergarten play area. As the proposed project would not increase student capacity by more than 25 percent nor add more than 10 classrooms, it is exempt from CEQA under Section 15314. The proposed project was reviewed for possible exceptions under Section 15300.2 and no exceptions were found to apply.
