PRC 8271 and 8976, a General Lease – Recreational Use; authorize issuance of a General Lease – Recreational Use beginning August 20, 2020, for a term of 10 years, for use and maintenance of three existing mooring buoys previously authorized by the Commission; construction, use, and maintenance of a joint-use pier with four boat lifts; and removal of three existing mooring buoys and one double personal watercraft lift.

There is no reasonable possibility that the activity will have a significant effect on the environment due to unusual circumstances. Therefore, the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and the above categorical exemption(s) apply(ies).
