Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) proposed project included blending treatment for nitrate, total dissolved solids (TDS), and perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) substances – specifically perfluorooctanic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) from four EVMWD well sources, Flagler Well 2A, Flagler Well 3A, Mayhew Well, and Station 71 Well, with water in the Temescal Valley Pipeline (TVP), a pipeline owned by EVMWD
