The City, in partnership with Imperial Valley College Foundation (IVCF) propose to develop a City owned parcel with thirteen (13) duplex tiny homes for the use of Imperial Valley College homeless students. The City would continue to own the land and would establish a long term lease with the IVCF for a period of fifty-five (55) years.
