Reasons for Exemption
The Project includes a Petition for Temporary Change (one year or less) In Place of Use (POU) and Point(s) of Rediversion (PORO) pursuant to PCWA Water Right Application 18085 (Permit No. 13856), consistent with California Water Code §1725-§1732. Pursuant to California Water Code §1729, a proposed temporary change under this article shall be statutorily exempt from the requirements of Division 23 of the Public Resources Code as stated in 14 CCR 15282(u)
