Document Description
The proposed project would involve installation of a new cathodic protection system to prevent corrosion of onsite equipment by Jankovich (Applicant) in the City of San Diego, California. Work to specifically complete the proposed project would involve drilling ten (10)-inch (in) diameter holes for 10 anodes, excavation of a 300-foot (ft) long, 12-in wide, and 24-in deep trench for anode header cable and a 200-ft long, 12-in wide, and 24-in deep trench for negative cable, backfill of all excavations with native soil, and repair of two (2) asphalt walkways. The proposed project would be installed to reduce corrosion and protection of existing fuel storage and transmission facilities. Construction of the proposed project is anticipated to occur in winter 2019 and would take approximately three (3) days to complete. See NOE for Full Details.
