The project would demolish two existing residential buildings and construct nine market-rate condominium units. The project site is 0.19 acre and bound by low, medium, and medium/high density residential uses and El Camino Real.
Project is consistent with General Plan and zoning; proposes development on urban site less than five acres, within City limits, with no habitat value; would not significantly affect traffic, noise, air, water quality, or cultural resources; and can be served by utilities and public services.
