PHASED TRANSPORT OF BUILDING FROM VENDOR TO SITE. INSTALLATION OF BUILDING BY VENDOR TO INCLUDE ADA ACCESSABILITY. UTILITY HOOK-UPS TO BE COORDINATED BY NID. ALL PHASES TO BE COMPLETE WITHIN ONE TO TWO WEEKS.
