This project will improve safety and reduce the number of rear-end collisions at the NBI-280 offramp, where there is high concentration of these incidents. Work would include new traffic signals to control right-turn movement, a Midwest Guardrail System to manage out-of-control vehicles, and ADA compliant curb/sidewalks.
