Improvements include adding approximately 3 drain inlets, 3 manholes, and about 200 feet of pipe. The purpose is to fix the flooding in the parking lot for Laney College, adjacent to Route 880. To maintain the parking lot in a safe condition, it is needed to install a new drainage system to prevent further damage.
