Rehabilitate or replace 11 deteriorating culverts and improve fish passage through the Griffin Creek Culver crossing. Rehabilitation strategies include drainage system replacement using cut and cover methods, culverts lining, and correcting deficient inlet and/or outlet conditions. The improvements are Griffin Creek are proposed to modify the outlet conditions for improved fish passage. The project is needed because the deficient drainage facilities are compromising the structural integrity of the roadway and preventing up stream fish migration.
