*15303, 15304, &15305 Project consists of the repair, maintenance and minor alteration of existing public facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels; the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small structures; the minor public alteration in the condition of land which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees; and minor alterations in land use limitations in areas with an average slope of less than 20%, which do not result in any changes in land use or density, and are included as "Utility repairs or minor upgrades" and "Issuance of easements and permits" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR S 15300.4 .
