Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approved a request, dated February 20, 2018 from Phibro-Tech Inc. (PTI) (EPA ID CAD008488025) for temporary authorization to manage RCRA hazardous waste in tank C-40 in accordance with section 66270.42, subdivision (e) of title 22 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR). On April 6, 2018, DTSC approved PTI's temporary authorization request to authorize the continued operation of Tank C-40 for a period of 180 calendar dates, until October 3, 2018. DTSC is extending the temporary authorization for Tank C-40 for an additional 180 calendar days, expiring on April 1, 2019.
