Document Description
The applicant is proposing an eight-parcel common interest subdivision for a single-family residential project locations within the Medium Density Residential zone with a special considerations overlay (R-2-S) and the Conservations Open Space (C/OS) Zone. The residential projec will be constructed on the R-2-S portion of the site and C/OS portion of the site will be placed under a preservation easment. The structures on each lot will be two-stories, has private outdoor space, and provide two enclosed parking spaces. The lots will be accessed by a common driveway.
