Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0413-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to The Trust for Public Lands, represented by John Bernstein. The project is limited to 71 encroachments. All work is related to the removal and decommissioning of crossings. This includes the removal of 47 culverts, stabilization of 22 fords, and the placement and removal of two temporary crossings. All work may include excavation of fill to the natural gradient of the watercourse, and laying back banks to a 2:1 or greater gradient.

The project footprint does not exceed five acres, and there would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. This minor alteration does not remove mature, scenic trees.
