Document Description
Issue a temporary right of entry permit to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for the use of Brannan Island State Recreation Area for the Decker Island Restoration Project, allowing permittee to launch and land boats to ferry crew to the Decker Island work site, to store up to four boats on trailers overnight at the park unit maintenance yard, to perform periodic refueling of a fuel tank on a barge at the boat ramp, to service portable toilets on a barge at the boat ramp and to park crew and staff vehicles in the boat ramp parking lot. Work will: - Comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit; and - Be coordinated with the Gold Field District's staff as identified in the Right of Entry Permit.
