The project will include demolition of the existing building and underground Parking garage. The building will consist of 27,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and a total of 79 units with a combination of affordable and market rate. The project will cinlude reocnstruction of the underground parking garage, as well as ground floor parking with access from the alley. The project will also include the construction of Market Street, Butte Street and Yuba Street djacent to the project.
