Document Description
The Capistrano Unified School District is proposig development of of a two-story STEM building containing 8 classrooms, 4 labs, and other spaces such as restrooms, storage, electrical, etc. totaling 24,058 square feet. The project would also construct outdoor learning areas (include outdoor seating) next to the STEM building. The STEM building would replace the existing turf playfields and a small hardscape area in the northeast part of the campus.
