Document Description
The California Department of FIsh and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0097-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of Santa Cruz Water Department.
The project is limited to the replacement of a rubber inflatable bladder located on the City of Santa Cruz's existing Felton water diversion structure and the removal of sediment within the existing Felton diversion fish bypass structure.
