- The proposed project consists of drilling 6 new cyclic steam wells in the Cymric oil field in Kern County as part of UIC Project code 19024128. The wells will be drilled on Federal mineral lease CAS0020995 and the US Bureau of Land Management has prepared EA, FONSI, and Decision Record documents prior to issuing a permit. The proposed project would occur in previously disturbed well pads that require minor grading.
