Document Description
Regrade and improve the marina parking lot at Morro Bay State Park to reduce the amount of unfiltered runoff entering Morro Bay. Work will: Remove all cracked asphalt and road base and re-grade the existing parking lot; Import approx. 800 Cy of fill to re-slope approx. 30,000 square feet of the marina-side edge of the parking lot to raise the marina edge of the parking lot by approx 3 feet; Install a 4 foot wide by 4 foot deep by 1,360 foot long concrete drain channel with drain inlets and drain pipe; excavate to install an 8 foot wide by 6 foot deep stormwater treatment vault below ground; Excavate to install two 4 ft vy 4 ft vy 4 ft deep concrete footings for two electric vehicle charging stations; excavate to install 100 feet of electrical conduit to connect with the existing electrical service; repave the parking lot and the dirt parking area north of the restrooms with asphalt; install a leach field consisting of 100 foto long, 4 foot diameter perforated pipe covered with gravel; seal and stripe parking lot to include ADA parking spaces and EV parking spaces; and install bumper stops and signs for accessible parking stalls and EV charging stalls.
