Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0879-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Marina Marin. The project is limited to seven encroachments to unnamed tributaries to North Dobbyn Creek. Two encroachments are for water diversion from a spring and pond for cannabis irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include modification and installation of infrastructure and use and maintenance of the eater diversions. The five other encroachments are to upgrade existing stream crossings. Work for these encroachments may include some or all of the following: excavation, culvert removal and/or installation, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
