Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0448-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Nader Eghtsad. Project is limited to construction of three retaining walls and rock slope protection on the northern bank of Tassajara Creek. Three ten-inch wide concrete stem retaining walls will be built along the top of bank rock slope protection placed on the stream bank, for a total length of 192 feet of retaining wall and 0.07 acres of rock slope protection. The piers will be a minimum of 18 feet deep cast-in-place concrete piers reinforced with steel, with a 10-foot minimum into the bedrock or below creek bed. There will be a 3-foot maximum embedded retaining wall on top of the piers with a perforated drain attached to a storm drain system, and 3/4 inch drain rock backfilled to facilitate drainage.
