- Remove frail and install fencing and signage at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park to minimize resource impacts and direct pedestrian traffic to access to the Overlook Trail and the campground trail as well as improve public safety. Work will: - excavate approximately 85, 10" X 10" X 24" deep post holes to install a total of approximately 500 linear feet of 5' high split rail wood fence; - manually break up and decompact approximately 1268' of existing trail soil and revegetate with native plants on an approximately 100' section; and - attach approximately ten (10) signs to new fence or existing posts.
