Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0059-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Colusa County Planning Department. The project is limited to the construction of a gabion wall used for bank stabilization. The road and bank slope will be ramped down to a level that the project area can be reached with the excavator, then the site foundation will be excavated, shaped, and compacted to a solid, level, foundation area.
