- Proposal to complete the final 5.23 acres of an existing commercial center totaling 38,300 sf. The center would feature one fast food restaurant and the remaining space would be retails stores. The plan features 244 parking spaces with 42,456 sf or 22% of landscaping. A preliminary WQMP has been approved for this project. A Tribal Consultation pursuant to AB 52 has been completed for this project. Parking lots, driveways, and perimeter landscaping along State Street have been install from prior development of the center. Traffic signals exist along State St. Provisions have been made to include bicycle racks and bicycle lockers that total 5% of the total parking. There are 20 clean air parking stalls.
