Document Description
A tentative parcel map to subdivide a 4.76-acre (gross) lot into four lots: parcel 1 - 1.07 acres, parcel 2: 1.07 acres, parcel 3 - 1.02 acres, and parcel 4 - 1.00 acres. A 20 ft wide all-weather access driveway is proposed to provide access to the project site with a Fire Dept approved hammerhead turnaround within lots 2 and 3, and a previously approved turnaround on parcel 1. Estimated earthwork for tract improvements consists of 7,900 cy of cut, 13,000 cy of fill, and 5,100 cy of import.
