- Request by Brodiaea Inc. for a major grading permit to construct a high-density polyethylene lined ag reservoir within the existing Truesdale Vineyard to provide frost protection and irrigation. The reservoir will be supplied by existing polyvinyl chloride waterlines and an existing onsite well located on the subject property. The reservoir would be approx 380 ft wide, 370 ft long, and 26 ft deep, with a max capacity of 47.86 acre-feet. The project would result in the disturbance of approx 4.63 acres (201,682 sf), including approx 39,900 cy of cut and 39,400 cy of fill, on a 393-acre parcel. The applicant proposes to balance the material onsite with no required import or export of soils.
