Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a recreational vehicle storage facility on an approx 2.67 acre parcel in the city. The proposed RV Storage facility would provide approx 109 spaces to store RVs or boats. Within the RV storage facility a trash enclosure, a vacuum, an air compressor, and an ice house would be available for the use of customers. A dump station would also be available to customers. Circulation through the project site would be provided via an asphalt concrete paved one-way loop road.
