Allow a new wireless communication facility consisting of a 100-ft tall stealth monopole tower with 6 ft tall panel antennas, 1 six-ft tall microwave antenna, and a 30-ft by 30-ft fenced area to contain the monopole and related ground equipment on a 2.29-acre parcel in the AL-40 Zone district. This area will be enclosed by an 8-ft tall, slatted chain-link fence, and will contain a generator, diesel tank, and overhead lighting.
