Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed an Amendment and an Extension to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0054-R4, issued to Steve and Leslie Carlson. The original project included activities related to installing two (2) 18-inch diameter by 28 feet long HDPE culverts and one (1) 36-inch diameter by 28 feet long HDPE culvert along a private road that is being upgraded and widened. Additional activities include enhancements to the original project culvert design following initial installation, to accomodate higher level storm events and removal of two temporary culverts previously installed as emergency actions. The agreement term is also extended through August 20, 2019.
