Document Description
The proposed Airport Master Plan (AMP) for COlumbia Airport has been prepared per Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Advisory circular AC 150-5070-6B, Change 2, Consolidated Master Plans. The proposed AMP provides a framework to guide potential future airport development over the next 20 years in a cost effective manner that both supports projected aviation demand and considers environmental and socioeconomic issues. The proposed AMP does not include land use policies that would guide growth in a manner like a specific or general land use plan; rather the objective of the proposed AMP is to coordinate future on-point land uses in a manner that meets with FAA design standard and is compatible with the airport environment.
