The CA Dept. of Rehabilitation proposes to lease approx. 6.725 SF of existing office space. The space would house approx. 26 staff approx. 10 parking spaces would be used. Approx. 25-100 clients would be seen weekly. This office will be used as office space for the purpose of vocational counseling for disabled clients to retrain for work so they can re-enter the job market. Public transit is available within 1/4 mile of the site.
