Document Description
The proposed project consists of deferred maintenance of approx. 26 individual components. The work will consist of maintenance, repairs, renovation, and replacement in existing facilities including: replacement of equipment in the Campus Electrical Substation and in the 4160 Electrical Substation on West Campus; chilled hot water supply/return piping replacement; multiple roof repairs and replacements; replacement of HVAC units and associated controls and plumbing; Central Utility Plant repairs and upgrades; Fire/Life/Safety alarm systems replacement; building exterior cladding and deck rehabilitation/replacement; and classroom and lab upgrades including HVAC, Fire/Life/Safety retrofits, interior finishes, and lighting.
