Document Description
Calfire seeks to acquire an approx. 5-acre parcel of land located at the northwest corner of State Hwy 79, commonly known as Temecula Parkway and Jerediah Smith Road. The acquisition will provide property to construct a fire station in the Temecula which will accommodate required fire station facilities, associated equipment and Cal Fire personnel. Future actions, including development of the property, will undergo complete environmental review as required by the CEQA.
