Project consists of the sale and transfer of 3 sq ft. of Stream Environment Zone Ground Restoration Credit rights from Conservancy-owned land to receiving parcel where an existing electric pole will be replaced in the same location. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing Stream Environment Zone Ground Restoration Credit.
