Note: Draft SED & Review Per Lead The Amendment to the Policy for Water Quality Control for Recycled Water will update monitoring requirements for constituents of emerging concern, reflect recent regulatory developments and advancement in the field of recycled water, and update or clarify guidance on salt and nutrient management plans. A detailed discussion of the project description is given in Chp 4 of the Draft SED. The specific section of the amendment that is the focus of the environmental analysis is section 7.3.2 criteria for streamlined permitting. Section 7.3.2 of the amendment provides criteria that, if met, would allow for a non-potable recycled water project to be permitted w/o further antidegradation analysis.
