Document Description
The proposed project is development of a 6 to 14 ft wide concrete surfaced coastal trail to connect from the existing trail to the south of West Manor Dr and travel northward approx 600 lf. The project locates the trail seaward of the existing curb on Esplanade Ave. Figures 7 and 8 depict the proposed trail alignment, seating and picnic amenities, landscape areas and slope stability plantings.
