The project would subdivide a 6.8-acre site into 47 detached single-family condo units. The project requires a GPA 2016-1 and zone classification (R2016-1), to change the city's GP and Z LUD from R2 low-medium density res to R7 Medium density residential. There is also a development review permit application (DR2016-4) and a tentative map application (TM2016-3). The project would include a biofiltration area, landscaping, a private park, storm drain improvements, connections to public utility, sewer and water lines, dedication of easements, and internal private streets.
